1. What types of events do you perform?
Carl Charles Magic and staff of entertainers performs at: Any gathering you might consider such as, having coffee and cake with family and friends, birthday celebrations, communions, anniversaries, company picnic, office promotion party, product promotion party, graduation party, family reunion, any holiday celebration and too many other events to mention. We perform on beaches, poolside, any out door event, garages, salons and any place you could dream up we'll be there to perform for you. Please visit the Service page for additional sample list.

1b. What is your magic show consist of?
Our one hour magic show usually involves audience participation. Whether it's an children or adult show during the last 15 minutes is geared towards handouts. For children our handouts could be an assortment of candies, animal balloons, games, money, chocolate and toys for children. Adult handouts are variable depending on the party's theme and could consist of variable handouts such as tickets to events, sponsor's materials, gift certificates and many more...

2. What are your rates?
Our rates are competitive and it depends on how many people will attend your event. Since, we specialize in giving out handouts as prizes etc, it's a good idea we have a head count so that no one is left out. Our magician cost varies from a minimum of $175 and up depending on number of attendees. by way of example, if there are 20 children our cost is $249.99. Please contact our receptionist and we will discus all options in making your party the best ever.

3. How do I book my party?
Carl Charles Magic makes it easy for you to book your party. You can reserve your magician by making a small deposit of $25 to reserve the date and time. click here and begin to plan your your party. The earlier you book your party the better opportune times will be available for you, the longer you wait the most popular opportunity times will be taken or reserved so act now.

4. What does the magician need to know?
Carl Charles Magic and team will need to know the time of your party, time we will perform (different time from the start time of your party). Who is the contact person? Address of the party, what type of party you are having. In fact, all of these questions will be ask of you while filling out the event form (online or download). Please refer to the "book my event" page for details.

5. What if I should cancel my party?
Your deposit or payment confirms the date and time of your event or party. Your balance if any, is due at the event (cash/certify check/money order). In the event of cancellation, your deposit is totally refundable..That said, please visit our policy page for other information.

6. Do your magicians accept gravidities?
Carl Charles Magic does not make this mandatory to our clients and customers. However, if you like the magician performance it would be nice to show your gratitude by the way of your gravidities and plan to have us return to your party again and again...

7. How should I pay the balance?
Carl Charles Magic does not expect to be paid before the day of the performance. However, on arrival of the magician, please pay the balance due in cash or certified check, sorry no personal checks accepted or credit card payments.

8. After making my deposit - what could I expect?
A staff of Carl Charles Magic will contact you and discus extensive detail about your party. We will make a follow up phone call to the contact person two or three days before the party to expect us on the agreed day and time of the party. On the day of the party our magician will arrive on time, meet with the contact person, receive the balance payment and put on a show you and your guests will not soon forget.

9. How long is your magic show?
A typical magic show runs for an hour. However, if you require additional time, please request before the magician arrives or while you are booking the show, that the magician could prepare accordingly and have enough material to cover the show.

10. Do you perform for Children?
Yes, we perform for children of all ages, as this is one of our specializes area. We perform at day care centers, day camps, schools and any event surrounding children such as their birthday parties etc.

11. Do you perform for Adults as well?
Yes, we perform for adults, as we crank things up a bit but keeping our material clean for a family gathering and setting.

12. Do you accept Credit Cards and what about it's safety?

All major credit cards are accepted!!!!!

YES! We do accept various types of Credit Cards including using two credit card companies such as Pay Pal and Quick Commerce. Some items on our web sites such as dance shoes utilizes Pay Pal exclusively. However, if you choose to have us utilizes another credit card company such as Quick Commerce, you can fill out an/our Authorization Form and fax it to our efax number (413) 294-5427 giving us permission to proceed and process your Credit Card on your behalf. Regarding the safety of your credit card, we never keep your credit card information on file, unless you insist on having us to do so. Also, we work with replicable credit card companies and trust that they do their part on keeping your data confidential as we (Carl Charles Dance) do.
